1.	Course Description
International business is the core course of international business major in general higher education college and universities. It is designed to cultivate students' ability to apply the basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive skills of international business to the international enterprises. The main content of this course is to explain the international business activities and law of the enterprises. The course has interdisciplinary, comprehensive and practical characteristics. 
2.	Teaching Objectives
This course is to help students understand the basic concepts and theories of international business, comprehend the new characteristics and new trend in the development of contemporary international business, and realize the internationalization process and its characteristics of the growth of the enterprises from domestic to multinationals.  Through the theory study and major case discussion of international business, students should master the basic theories of international business and the rule of transnational operation of enterprises, master the methods and procedures of internationalization strategy formulation of the enterprises, master the organizational and management transformation for transnational operation, and master the ability to apply the knowledge comprehensively and systematically and conduct international business activities independently under the uncertain international business environment.
